has anybody ever used this in their cars, i recently got 25 litres of it and was just wondering if it is safe to use in normal cars. The lad i got it from claimed it is exactly like petrol only higher octane and from doing abit of research i found out it is designed for piston engined aircraft and has a 100 octane level. What do you think? Thanks

If the car isn't mapped for it it's a waste of time.

one of my work mates who is clued up on cars (big VW fan) claims to have used it with good results, but that's the only time i've ever heard of it being done. The lead in it wouldn't do cat converter any good mind.

so how long would it take to wreck the cat. Basically i want to know if its safe so that it wont blow my car to bits and whether its legal. I can get this a massive amount cheaper than petrol and due to recently losing my job im skint lol

25 litres of petrol is 25 quid, even if you got it for free you are saving 25 quid at most, at worst it'll cost you a lot more when it breaks something.
