i have an old 1.2 8v corsa.. rescently changed the brakes and ever since the brakes have hissed like air was coming out.. then when i put my foot on the brakes it stops . any ideas or help people?? x

Jesus christ, if you don't know that you need to bleed brakes after changing them you shouldn't be doing it. Not to be one of these moany wankers but you could end up killing yourself or someone else.

prob the servo as said above by john, mine did the same.
what did you change when you say brakes?

just front discs and pads.. got told 2 take the brake fluid cap off before i started so thats what i did and was told that was fine??

That just releases the pressure, you're meant to do that first.

That just releases the pressure, you're meant to do that first.
no it doesn't, wont matter if you leave the cap on, when you push the pistons back the fluid will still come out of the cap
