depending on the kind of cash u wanna spend. but small starter mods include air induction and exhaust.

get an irmscher inlet manifold - the 2.0 irmscher inlet manifold fits aswell

The 18se head could do with gas flowing and porting

a 260degree cam with pocketed pistons would give a nice torque curve

A 20xe block can be mated onto the 18se head.

Also MBE management is also an option for mapping of air/fuel ratios.

You can get a decat for this engine if its the 18se as they stopped in 1991 i think.

Also if uve got the cash get a quaife straight cut dog engaging box, should be good for another 20-30 bhp to the wheels!

Cheaper is the turboing option, if u want more info please u2u me.
