Right I can't seem to open links the first time, I need to click on the link so a new window pops up which doesn't load, then I need to click the link again so another window pops up and that one does load

Also on google if I click a link it sometimes does a search on the link so doesn't actually go to the site just searches it, or even sometimes goes to facebook for some reason

Done a virus scan on AVG and there is nothing found also windows defender is turned off due to "group policy" did a search on google and I don't seem to have the file in C>window>policydefinations.
