i currently have a 1.6 corsa sport. the engine is giving my nothing but trouble and to be hounst i hate the how their is no power before 4,000 rpm. so i was thinking 2.0 8valve.

with the 8valve being alot smaller than the c20xe will strenghing plates still need to be welded in.
basicly how much would it cost and what is involved?

yep...its exactly the same as putting an xe in bud. cost pretty much the same for mounts etc tbh. engine a bit cheaper thats all.

you will still need to strengthen the car and improve suspension and brakes accordingly.
