I think i want one
I tend to not switch my desktop on recently and prefer stealing my dads laptop. Purely for Netbrowsing and the occasional image download ( ) so was thinking rather than lugging a crappy laptop or sitting at a desk i want a nice lil netbook.
Saw a Toshiba one i like purely cos its bronze and looks dead nice its an NB205 i think,
NB205 Tosh
Any ideas?
Ipad doesnt have flash and is hugely expensive so not fussed.
Any suggestions?

The NC10's are old hat now, very old. They have their problems as well.
Look at the N130's and the Dell Mini 10/11's

NC10 are hard to get hold of now. N150 is the same thing...
They may have fixed the white screen issue too!

Works very well. I've never tried shitty Vista on it, but i imagine it'd run it.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate on mine and it is cracking!
I think it may be faster than when it was running XP!

These and the samsung equivalents are the best imo, they have some power behind them and decent resolution screens, anything smaller is just a toy.

It depends what you want them for tbh.
The one's Mad Moe mentioned have an 'Ion' chipset which means they can do HD video and they also normally come with higher res screens.
If it's only for web browsing the smaller ones are probably good enough, the screens are a bit small though.

yeah iim not 100% on if i would get one with a big screen as i have 24" monitor on my desktop. Just want something small portable and good on the internet. I suppose higer res screen would be good too. But dont wanna spend too much really

Just been nosing at that one Jambo, looks like the higher version to the one you posted.
The missus wants as close to £200-250 though, so no dice on either of them for me

Samsung NC10 seems to be cheaper than the Tosh but same spec.
Toshiba however looks the tits.

Yup, looking at the N150 at the moment, as they come in different colours, but can't pick them up in store, and she wants one tomorrow!
The acer I posted looks good spec for the price too, but again, hardly looks too good

Saying that, the N150 is the exact spec, but £20 cheaper
