Hi all,
Just got a wireless router for my house, got it all up and running no problem, my ipod connects to it as does the PS3 erc. However my 3GS doesn't? It finds in as a network and says it connects but doesn't if that makes sense?
My iPhone connects to other Wi-Fi no problem at all? Any ideas?

My and my sister have problems connecting our iPhones to the wireless router.
I have a 3G she has a 3GS. Thinks its our ghey router though coz her laptop has problems too.

Are you with Virgin?
If so then it may be down to your router. Both my 3G and my girlfriends 3GS had the same problem. Its due to the DHCP not working right on the router. Try assigning it a fixed IP and see if that works.

have you allowed it access in the router's settings?

My router was being gay and would only allow one Mac address to access the network(talk talk) which meant only one of us could use Wifi on our iPhones. I just entered the settings for the router on the laptop and turned off Mac filtering.

I had problems... it found my network whilst searching but would never connect. However, I searched manually and typed my SSID in (even though it was the same as what was showing!) and it connected fine.
