anyone know where i can get album artworks for itunes that i dont have to pay for?cheers

On iTunes if you click search for artwork it normally finds it even if you have "acquired" the album from elsewhere. Failing that google images covers it.

how do i get the image into itunes from elsewhere?do itunes charge for artwork?they are genuine albums.

No charge no. Just drag it to the album info on my mac and that's it.

it wont let me drag the image onto the album,is there another way i can do it?

Go to Google Images and right click and save the artwork to your desktop. Go to iTunes and select all the songs on the album. Right click and select 'Get Info'. Go to the 'Info' tab. Drag the artwork file into the pane that's called 'Album Artwork' and press OK.
It might not show the artwork though for some reason. I think it's because iTunes is an appalling piece of software so try closing it and opening it.

I've been using mp3tag to sort through my music and add artwork etc.
It's extremely tedious but it seems to be one of the easier ways of doing it.

I just click get art work on iTunes and it does it for me. Real easy.

Right click, copy on the picture.
Highlight all the songs for said puck, right click, get info, artwork, right click in artwork box, paste and save.
