No idea if this is the same for all versions of Windows (am on 7 64-bit here) but if you hold down the Windows key on your keyboard, then press the left or right arrow keys you can cycle through some different window sizes!
Pointless thread I know but thought I'd share that with you all.

It just moves the window, to the left, or right, enabling you to click icons on your desktop.

wouldnt it be great if you cuold press a button on your keyboard and all your open windows would tile so you could see whats open easier... like on a mac

Got one in front of me, go figure
p.s - minds an old G5 keyboard, hence the 'view' buttons being F10-F12. New keyboards have replaced it with volume controls.
