Currently looks like this:



Do I need a new screen or is there a chance it's a dodgy connection? I'm guessing it's a new screen.

It's a Samsung N130 if that makes a difference?

Thought as much. Any recommendations of where to order one from? I've found a few places that do them around the £60 mark but they all look like really dodgy outfits

I normally get screens off ebay.

Wouldn't worry about genuine, the screens are in loads of netbooks and aren't exactly amazing, getting a non samsung one will make no difference, if it's even a different screen to begin with.

All the ones on eBay seem to be gloss finish screens, I read somewhere Samsung use both matte and gloss but mine is matte.

Ordered a glossy one in the end. Ordered Thursday night, delivered today. Just finished fitting it, picture is actually a lot better than the old one and it was only £45 delivered!

Yep from eBay. I'm not a fan of eBay but for stuff like this it's perfect.
