to run 2 12'' alpine swr-1221d subs 1000watts each but surely aint gonna need 1000watt amps ???

two of the new Kenwood KAC-8151D amps should sort you out and they look the bollocks. 1x 500RMS at 1ohm, so wire the voice coils in parallel

Don't get Kenwood, there usless. Invest in a quality amp, mayb keep it Alpine with a V12.
