Where online can I get one of these from; ive had a look around and the only place that advertise them is SBD for 14quid. Its the X16XE engine, I presume I need to put a new gasket on with a new manifold?

you can get them for about £5
i went to andrew page
dont need bolts

Nay guides to doing it or is it simply bolts out new gasket and bolts in

Vauxhall, £8. Don't be so lazy.
No need for new bolts, and yes, just unbolt, remove gasket, maybe clean up the faces if they are cack and then new gasket on, bolt it up, job done.

i got some 2000 sand paper and cleaned it up before bolting it back on. couldn't get the bolt in the bottom corner on ether, watch out for that little twat. mines sealed fine without it
