Broke my screen the otherday, so order a new one off ebay.
Its about the 5th time ive done it this year, so know what im doing.
However this time, put it back together, plugged into charger, and it bleeps, but no screen. Stripped it again and checked connections, all seem ok. Put it together again but left front hanging off, so i could check the conections if it didnt work.
It didnt beep to say id plugged it in or anything.
Ive tried plugging it in to pc and nothing.
What the fooks wrong??? It was working fine before screen came of this morning.
The charging port was an ebay jobbie last month and has been working fine.

Should it work on itunes with the screen completely disconected?

Sure you've got the metal clip that sits over battery connection?

Had new battery same time as charge port.
What metal clip do you mean? ive only had the screen off. Nothing else
