Yes all of the above... Placed order towards the end of July for installation/setup 2 weeks later.
Sky TV - was installed and set up on the date chosen.
Phone line - we were forced to wait nearly a month to get this because the previous owner of our new house (who was also with Sky) didn't cancel until 2 days before completion and because they weren't with Sky longer than 12 months they were supposed to give 30 days notice. Sky refused to set our line up and just bill them (seeing as they weren't going to be here to use it anyway). Phone line was only literally activated this afternoon!
Broadband - not been set up due to the above, Sky's website tells us it will be activated on the 30th
TV is ace though, we got the HD package for use on our new 40" HD TV, great being able to record stuff.
Mixed review from me I'm afraid

Yeah i used to have all 3 aswell, never really had any problems apart from the internet not being very fast. Was quoted up to 20mb and only ever really got 4-7mb.
Was about £38.50 for 4 packages at the time i think, around a year ago. Phone is good though, free caller display and free evening/weekend calls.

Just been on their site, and it says you have to be connected to a working landline at the time of installation

Would be less than that for sky unlimited up to 20mb plus a phoneline from sky.

Thinking of the SKY 1/2 price deal with Virgin BB? I looked at it, pretty expensive even with the Sky discount - unless you get a retention deal with Virgin for the BB
