At the top as you look down got a white cover on it undo the bolt and remove( cant remember the size) thats on a f20 anyway

can refill it by removing the short shaft + pouring in that way until it starts to run out , thats how iv always done it

if you look at the top of the gearbox you will see the white cap and under it theres a 17mm plug
usually takes 1.9 litres
