Reet!
I still have the bogo standard 20GB HD on my 360
I'd like to buy a larger capacity one but worried that the data transfer will be a big headache.
Anyone in the now please could you explain the options or any tips/pitfalls?
Thanks.

are you going to be using a bigger xbox hd or going for a sata drive (i think thats what you can use)
if using official xbox ones you can buy a data transfer kit just a case of plugging new drive onto cable plug in usb back of xbox stick disk in and away you go

Just game saves? Can you not back them up on the cloud storage? Job done.

When I got a new HDD, I transferred all my DLC and saves to my PC then just put them all back on the new HDD.

You can get a transfer kit. Piece of piss. Infact I think we have one you could borrow.

I had to use some dodgy software that came with a cable from eBay, and put it on my PC and transfer it over.
The official transfer kit does it all for you.
