Came across this when 'stumbling' half asleep in bed this morning, thought it was quite interesting but definitely not something we would see in the UK in 5-10 years IMO.

Not with the sort of displays and interfaces they are suggesting in the next 5 years but the rest of it is realistic.
What you are doing transferring between devices is getting there, other bits are personal assistant functionality like siri gives you.

The devices they're using are surely metaphoric as it would be silly if they were all on current generation winmo devices - the technology they're showcasing does exist in one way or another though. It does seem like technology is moving towards everything be interconnected though.

This is where Apple could actually use their mahoosive fortune for something good - they have the range of devices and have started with airplay and siri meanwhile WP7 is miles behind and android is too fragmented.
Not too sure on the 3d holograms being doable any time soon though.
