Hi last night I noticed that personal hotspot had been added to my settings. Before I believe this cost £5 per month on Orange. Does anyone know why this is now working for free!? I didn't download an update or anything... tried it earlier and connected to it with an HTC phone but it was very, very slow, despite having download speeds of around 4Mb/s.
