It was done over about a year but there were times when I didnt do much for weeks on end due to the weather and flooding. I dug a soakaway in the end to prevnt the bottom part from flooding, its all clay so had to go down about a meter to get through it.

Looks superb, should be fairly easy to maintain too.

The braces on the gate are the wrong way round though!

Yeah I wanted something easy to maintain as I dont have much time.

I wanted the braces like that as I prefered the flat look from the other side as thats what I see every time I pull up on the drive.
