Can anyone recommend any good opensource CRM software?
Ive looked at a few (Vtiger/Surgar CRM etc) and they all seem to be geared towards leads, contacts and sales, which isnt applicable to our business.
Im ideally looking for someone where we can just log customer interaction, notes etc
Ideally something really simple.
Anyone have any experience / recommendations?

I've used freecrm for a few years, it's visually shit, but for my purpose of use it's perfect. Tried others but the ease of freecrm made me go back.
Got 3 users set up and have had no problems at all. Takes an hour or so to get your head round and see which bits you need and which bits you don't.
Can also limit accounts to show the parts of the program you need.

We use Sugar for everything, account management, customer services, support ticketing.
Its easy to log support tickets to accounts.
can be a small simple system or a massive CRM system.
All SQL so can develop your own systems with it and theres iOS and Android apps for it.
