Blackberry's or Nokia E series would be my first though. Although it really depends on how hard you're planning to hammer it.

I hate to say it but Blackberry seem to be the best for battery life.
Sony, Iphone and samsung range dont seem to be to good but as said depends how much in a day you use it.

Measuring phone battery life is a bit like measuring an elastic band.
Unless you know exactly how people use it, you don't have a clue what it'll be like for you.
It's like those retards that measure fuel economy in miles to the tank.

Both my iPhone 4 and S3 had/have good battery life, even as a heavy user, because I set them up that way.
Especially with android you have much more control over improving battery life (but it's also a lot easier to drain it).

I've had iphone4's in the past, the battery for my useage is shit, the 5 is shit too. It's 09:39 and my phone was 100% at 7am, its now 59%.
Time since last full charge 1hr 57 usage, standby 2hrs 36 minutes. Shite.
What are s3 batterys like? No fanboy rubbish either, are they poor? Nexus phone any good? I need a phone that'll last a full day with a vast amount of use.

My Nexus is currently on 63%. Got taken off charge about 2 hours ago and ive used it constantly since with everything but bluetooth on.
So in answer to your question, no, this is not the phone for you
Edit: you could make it last loads longer by turning shite like gps and all that nonsense off and running the screen on low brightness, probably still be pushing it though. What would you class as 'vast use'

I'm a heavy user and get slightly better battery life from my S3 than I did my iPhone 4.
I found my iPhone 5, setup in exactly the same way to be worse than the 4 but I never got chance to 'setup as a new phone' and did a 'restore from backup' which apparantly makes it worse.
That said, my iphone 4 had everything running constantly, GPS, Wifi, Push, medium screen brightness all notifications etc. Whereas my S3 is setup to only turn GPS on with certian apps, low screen brightness, wifi goes off when I leave home, push/sync off and setup to come on for 2 mins every hour, 10 seconds screen time out, google now off, s-voice off etc.
When I got it I ran S3 how I did the iPhone, with everything on and was lucky for it to last till lunchtime.

What's the signal like where you are? If you have a shit signal, then it might be using more battery as it's constantly trying to get a signal. My signal is usually 3 or 4 out of 5 bars.
Right now my battery is at 53% and has been on standby for 2 days and 12 hours, usage of 3 hours 4 minutes in all that time.
Could be complete bollocks of course re. the signal/battery life ratio but I thought it sounded plausible.
Edit - perhaps not all bollocks? http://www.macrumors.com/2012/09/26/iphone-battery-life-greatly-impacted-by-cellular-signal-strength/
