pin 2/7/11/19, brown = earth
pin 44, red/blue = fuel injection relay
pin 35, red/white = fuel injection relay
pin 49, brown/blue = fuel injection relay
pin 3, red/black = tcs/abs
pin 22, brown/yellow = diagnostic socket pin 6
pin 1, brown/white = diagnostic socket pin 7
pin 25, grey = traction control system
pin 21, black/brown = multi info display
pin 52, brown/blue = eml
pin 23, black/white = air con
pin 34, brown/violet = air con
pin 9, black/blue = air con
pin 20, green = tacho
pin 54, brown/green = fuel pump relay
pin 17, black = fuel pump relay/ignition switch
pin 55, red = fuel pump relay/ignition switch
pin 5, blue/red = immobiliser
fisrt colour is the main colour of the wire, second colour is the trace or small colour of the wire.
not all vectras will have all these wires though, depends on model and spec. hope this helps you.
