I finally decided to have my 1.4 16v fitted to replace my shitty 1.2 8v and wow it seems so quick, but after a few hours driving around it getting less fun but still a hell of a lot better.

Hi
I bought the engine 4 £250 and then cossvaux fitted it 4 me for £350.
But when the engine was fitted they found the gear box was fucked so i had 2 get Mummy 2 pay another £300 for a box fitted.
But it was worth it....

where did u get the engin from, £600 for a new engin and fitting it thats good, did u have to uprate the brakes or anything

The bits came from a scrappers and thats why the box was fucked,
it was not there thursday it went in monday and came out wed morning
