This was working fine last week, and I can still send emails which are received, but nothing is coming in.
I haven't changed any settings.
Edit - Also have an iCloud account which is working fine. Just the MSN one but that works on my phone

Just delete and reinstall the email account. I've seen email settings getting fubar'ed before, for no apparent reason.

Tried that, 3 emails from 2 days ago came through but the other 15 that were queued didn't.

Upgraded to OS X Mavericks and now iCloud isn't working via Mac Mail either!

So annoying, not sure what more I can do. Troubleshoot says MSN is set up fine, and a message will send but won't be received.

There's been a fair few issues with Mail after the Mavericks update; worth having a look on the Apple communities board and seeing if someone is having a similar issue or wait 'til Apple release the Mail update/fix. Alternatively, use Outlook, Thunderbird or another email client
