I've added it to the page, see the screen dump by me in that conversation, it appears to me.
Not taken the app out of Sandbox mode so that might be it. Will have a poke around the app config.

If it's in sandbox mode then it's hidden from everyone except the admins and developers. Turn that off and it should work
