im in the process of spraying me rear drums mattt black cause they're rusty and look awful!
whilst doing this i've noticed that when you spin them round they make a light scrapping noise and don't spin freely.
what is this? im finding it fairly hard to get the drum off and have look... but im thinking along the lines of a lip round the edge causing some resistance?
what do you think
cheers
Matt

or get a flat head screw driver and a hammer and tap the back plate back a bit with the drum still on you can get the screw driver between the gap, tap the back plate spin the drum tap spin tap till the problems sorted
