how does everyone make their false floors to go through the boot into the car where the back seats used to go in one piece? what do you make it from?i was going to use 6mm ply ,will this be ok? has anyone got any pictures of their false floors?

MDF is the material most ppl use.. cant remember thickness 12 or 18mm

im using 12mm MDF cause it will be more solid.

MDF will be heavier you know... you might gain acceleration with some thin plywood.

i made one for my boot and had to make it in two peices due to not bein able to get it in when in one peice, mite be easier with no back seats though, for the boot u can use the carpet which lines it as a template, mite also work for rest of car??

what to use to stick the carpet down ? ? ? were fom and how much ?
my install will start 2 take shape soon , even tho it wont be wired up for about 1-2 months
