Dynamat or Brown Bread are best...
Two 254x254mm pieces of Dynamat Original are bout £9.99
457x812mm piece of Dynamat Xtreme £24.99
Three 457x812mm pieces of Dynamat Xtreme £69.99
Five 457x812mm pieces of Dynamat Xtreme £84.99
Brown bread is cheaper but not sure what the prices are...
Not cheap, but can have a big impact...

Strip the interior, hoover it all out, Wash it down with soapy water, dry it off, use a de-greasing liquid, dry it off, cut sound proffing to shape and stick... roll it over with a little rolling wheel to get all the air out and to make it all stick proper like... with brown bread you have to use a heat gun to stick it down...
very boring job, time consumming job...

as far as i know 'Brown Bread' were the first that i've come across that produced sound deadening materials... so you could say they were the pionners for this application... Dynamat is probably better but costs much more...
but you pay for what you get...
