1st thing to do is rid out your garage!

Cover all other stuff up etc.... get it as tidy i.e. dust free as possible.
Worst comes to worst, pour a bucket of water on the ground before you start spraying as to hopefully trap the dust down.

Its basically a learning process.

Dont think we'll be able to give you a step-by-step etc....

What size/power of compressor have you got aswell as gun????

Depends on what you intend doing.

The compressor is quite small, unsure as to whether it will be able to give the gun a constant air feed though..... ask KrisTD (thats if he doesnt post in here).

I got myself a compressor and 2 guns off a guy on ebay.

Compressor : 2.5 hp 50lts
Guns: Think they are Iwata's (top and bottom coat guns). Apparently quite good so the guy says.

All for a full £142

The joys of ebay

Ive just finished spraying the G/f Corsa..

If I had known what a pain in the arse it is, I wouldnt have bothered

The spraying aint too bad, its the filling I kept cocking up, I thought it was smooth, then you put paint on and argh...

wayne, come come round mine, spray in my garage all the time, dont bother soaking the floor or ridding of dust, never get it on the paint anyway. u can use rubbing compound to remove stuff anyway.

if ur going to do any serious spraying ull need at least 150litre compressor to run ur DAs and give ur gun a steady stream. then mostly theres not alot of difference in price between 150litre and 200litre. up to u.
