my clutch is dead on my new engine, need to know how much it will cost to buy. what kind does any1 think is best

if ur running standard power id buy a gen vauxhall 1 there about £70+vat and take about 35/40mins to fit

wow 35-40mins! how come so quick? i thought it would take much longer on a 2.0.

Does the engine have to come out or ne thing?

think the clutch assembly just drops straight out on the older vaux's (after a few screwes) shame vauxhall changed this with newer cars

clutch drops out throught cover in bottom of gear box i can do em in about 35 40 mins

i used a borg & beck in mine. wicked clutch. cant get it to slip at all. gets a lot of hammer to.

Mine is a standard engine too but I give it quite a bit of stick sometimes and i'm goin to give it some stick at crail next season, so whats the best clutch out there for this????

Price depends on the engine.

My clutch from vauxhall cost about £100. Theres the cheaper one for the C20XE's that costs about £70.

£85 for the pot type flywheel and about £120 for the flat type flywheel

Borg & Beck cost me £70 quid, as for the Sfi box i moddified it to fit, you wont catch me chopping the bulk head.
