Well not less than half the price but you get the idea....i would say 60-80 is a reasonable price to have your own one lightened

Yes, its pricey. A local company will be cheaper. AGRA in Dundee charge about £60 + vat

My local place charged me £45.
Get a Nova GTE/GSi one and get that lightened, they are much lighter to start with IIRC.

better to buy a steel one IMO. Or dont get it over lightend as these things can do real damage when they give up.
