I've got the Puss3 and Wii so I'm only interested in getting exclusives for the 360, I bought Bioshock as it was cheap and it was initially a 360 game anyway so assumed the Puss3 may have been a port.
So, what 360 exclusives are worth getting?
GTA Episodes from Liberty City any good?

gears of war 1 and 2 are good games. forza 3. get monkey island off xbox arcade if you can remember the original that is.

Left for dead is straight forward run and gun, similar to Halo if yu like that sort of thing. GTA4 add ons are awesome, again only if you like the original though. Gears is good and a bit more involved, but you need to play them both imo for the story. Forza 3 is the best racing game out there at the moment, again, only imo. PGR4 if you prefer arcade racers. If you like RPG style jobbie like Fallout 3 then have a look at Fable 2, you can download the first episode for free from games on demand on xbl.
Theres loads of cool stuff on xbl arcade as well, Trials HD, Call of Duty classic, shadow complex and Battlefield 1943 (some might be on puss3 as well, dunno) and then you have the original xbox titles as well such as Black, original Halos and Max Payne.
Most games have demos available on xbl as well, so you can try before you buy

I've got Doom 3 and Colin McRae 04 for Xbox, the latter is still unplayed 
I may give Doom a dust off, its the steel book edition too
