ive just bought a new corsa and have put my coil overs on it with new wheels, obviously the tracking has gone out but on the way to get the tracking done the front end started vigourously knocking and i had to drive at 10mph to stop the banging. anyone got any ideas as to what this is, maybe just the tracking badly out? any ideas? regards, luke

did you tighten up the wheels properly??

hello, it doesnt seem to be the wheels catching coil overs as i had this problem before so i made sure that i cambered them properly.

any other suggestions?

Wheel bolts?? I forgot to tighten them properly once and it made an awful racket. I had put them on tight with the wheel off the ground but forgot to nip them up once it was back down on the floor .... it was ok for about 300 yards then started vigorously banging as you have described.
