Hello all, i purchased some et45 pcd100 4 stud wheels, but the centre bore is about 2mm too small, how can i sort this out, someone said its quite easy, as i would love to get there wheels on!

As said buy a dremel. Then just use the file bit to file it away.. 2mm isnt hard i would of thought

its actually less that 1mm after measurement lol but i might leave it to a shop i will get a quote

As said by LET, take it to a machine shop. They'll put it on a pillar drill and it'll be 15mins work max if that.
