i went with tmobile from being o2 all my life. they offer the unlimited text booster so i chose that, along with 600mins and unlimited internet (even if you go over the 'fair amount' usage they dont charge you).

They are all just about exactly the same price.
Check what network has coverage where you'll be using the phone though, if possible get a payg sim or the likes, don't go by the coverage maps on the website.
I moved from o2 because I didn't like their contracts, t-mobile seem to be crap indoors anywhere, including my house and work, fine outside though.

Vodafone - best network for data speeds (proven, although clearly not the case in 100% of cases) and generally as good if not better on price than the rest
