As title im afraid , my sump is causing green peace concern it is leaking that much.
Seems like a common thing for xe's. Now is there any truth in the rumour that fitting an 8v gasket helps.

8v baffle plate and seal helps alot,better than cork shite

ive been told that works better yes, and silicone each side of cork then fit helps abit slightly
