very strange set up on the floorplan

probably over 300k for something like that around here.

the swimming pool is a big plus but the unconventional layout would put a lot of people off.

Stairs are on the left hand side of the entrance hall - you can see them in one of the photos. There's a down arrow on the first floor plan too.

Probably cheap as the internal layout is crap and the outside pig ugly tbh. Looks like it's been designed by someone who wanted to build their own house but too tight to pay anyone to do it or pay for a quality finish.

Well i suppose sh**t is somewhat harsh compared to some places but thats just my opinion from living here. Would love to buy the house though feel like a lottery winner with swimming pool and sauna then still get change out of 200k!

I'd own that. I really like the layout strangely. And the size of that driveway! Plus it's set back nicely. Plus the fact 200k gets you a nice flat down my way never mind a house of that caliber.

£200k regardless of area for a house like that is bloody ridiculous!

It does look like it was / is owned by Pikeys though tbh, and the street is random to say the least!
