Looking to spend around 1k on an amp and some KEF speakers (going to listen to them 2morrow hopefully)
Was wondering if you have had a good experience with them etc?
Looking at the extended warranty as well for only 10% extra of the price.
I have some print outs of cheaper products (even if its a penny cheaper, they will match the price and give you £10!)
Got the wiring and mounts etc from somewhere else so just looking to buy the speakers and amp etc
Cheers!

Nearest one to me (Birmingham) seemed alright, quite helpful and weren't pushy.
Their Birmingham shop could do with being bigger than a shoebox though!

MK one is small too, it was even smaller til a little while back. You'd be queueing outdoors if it was fairly busy

They're ok in terms of picking up old models (or they're 'own brands' like Cambridge Audio gear) cheap but if you're wanting advice and decent listening rooms then i'd recommend Sevenoaks. They always appears to be far more knowledgeable than any Richer Sounds assistant I've spoken to who.
Once you know what gear you're buying then I'd just hunt around for the best deal/price; Superfi is a good shout.

I bought all my AV equipment from their Prestwich store. I highly recommend them. They were really helpful and advised me on the best type of setup for my room size. I went for a 5.1 system on their advice. They could have quite easily talked me into buying 7.2 at extra cost.
