Got this week off, so will be baking/cooking a few things
Firstly bought a few provisions -
Joint of pork, kidney beans, guacamole, sour cream. Got some tortilla wraps and some onions already. Going to make a massive tortilla wrap like the Godzilla Buritto one off Man v Food Like this!
Then I bought - Glass flan tray, digestives, vanilla extract, double cream, orange, lemon. Again, got everything else I need to make a cheesecake. Following a recipe foe New York cheesecake, which is traditional type.
Lastly I bought a set of these bad boys -
Reduced from £20 to £10
Got some buns to make next weekend for work too

looks good; homemade and rustic, clearly not shop bought or out of a packet. More importnantly though, how does it taste?

That's almost identical to how mine came out.
My first one was too eggy but made a few after that and they are awesome.

Had a pork joint in slow cooker today. Took it out after 8 hours and shredded. Added back in with BBQ sauce and mayo and another onion.
I think they used bigger tortillas on Man v Food as it was an absolute bastard to wrap! Had them laid in cling film and then wrapped in foil. Hasn't wrapped very tight so god knows what it will be like when I unravel the foil.

I'm back in the kitchen lol.
Just prepared a bread and butter pudding (not a lot to it I know!) As well as a sprinkling of dried fruit on every layer I've done a layer of chic sprinkles and cinnamon too. Poured mixture of 2 eggs, milk, double cream and vanilla on top and pressed down.
Leaving to stand then I'm putting in oven.
