Wouldn't be using flush personally.
Does more harm than good on an engine that's had a rough life

Shud b ok
Won't do much harm if its only run for half an hour or so just to clean the oil ways.

My dad said not to bother with a flush, he said that the Haynes manual says to prime the oil pump before it all went back together which he hasn't done, so we will be draining the oil, priming the pump and put new oil in then see if that helps to make a mess aha, maybe its the friction of non oiled parts that's making the car vibrate like hell

Forte engine flush is supposed to be the best to get and usually gives good results and isnt harmful
