the ecu learns the new set up as you drive on the road this takes between 50miles and 150 miles depending on how you drive and as for the jetted fuelling this can be done a few ways either change to a bigger injector or you can adjust the tps sensor for fine fuelling and the adjustable fpr for delivering more fuel though the same size injector and as for the timing you advance or retard the distributor

2] at the mo the cylinder head has 0.5mm/ 20 thou skimmed of the cylinder head and might get some more skimmed off

3] the cylinder head has been ported the exhaust ports are 38mm inside diameter and the inlet ports had most of the work done above the valve head and the inlet port entrance has been lined up with the inside area of the inlet manifold gasket, if you make the inlet ports to big then you loose velocity then this means the engine will only work in the upper rpm range or not work at all

1] how do you know what cam i will be running this is for me to know

5] 1 litre to 1.6 litre engine you only need to change the exhaust valve 1mm
bigger in size and leave the inlet valve the standard size.

6] To give an accurate reading of what the car is doing on a dyno you need to generate a large airflow to replicate as near as possible the conditions on the open road. To this end we have installed the highest airflow dyno cell in the UK. Four one metre radial fans generate a combined airflow of over 120,000cfm (cubic feet per minute). road dyno ftw

it should be running 97ron to 99 ron then this means the fuel burns more even in the cylinder ie flame front and gives more bhp

tried both 95 ron and 97 ron petrol, with 97 ron fuel the motor pulled better through the gears cruised better and used less petrol and this is the same for any engine

Its now starting to become more clear why you claim 150bhp

higher ron fuel = 5bhp
ebay resistor = 5 bhp
for everthing else theirs 20valver
