some may offer you emergency insurance...
you pay a small lump sum and agree to pay monthly till the end of you contract.

Yep id do this and just stick your sim in a shitty £20 phone to tide you over until you can claim.

Finally went into the shop, told them the problem and they told me to go to the Samsung website, and download some new software off there, update it and bang bang its all fixed.

Is it hell. There is nothing to download bar the PC suite. Liars

Told me they could take it, but i wouldnt have a phone for 2 weeks while it is in for repair

Can they do that? Should they not replace it OR give me a temp replacement (OR atleast cancel contract for them 2 weeks where i dont have the phone?)

I DONT HAVE INSURANCE ON IT

But should they nontheless do something ?!

Anyone who has any more ideas id be pleased

I read on numerous forums that they all have the same faults, some even said it was due to having predictive text on

But i mean, the fact it doesnt accept incoming calls is a serious issue TBH.

When my mobile was sent away for repair (3 times) i was told i could have a loan phone from any T-Mobile store.
