Believe it or not, we haven't had any trouble with VirginMedia for ages. Had an outage session a few months ago when no-one in the area could get on the net. Was sorted by the morning.

Never had a problem with BT. After all if there was a problem, they need to fix it. Had in the past where other ISPs say, oh its a BT problem, then it gets frustrating to get fixed.
