I have two LCDs at home and an Apple 23" Cinema HD LCD at work.

If you have that much cash lying around, go for the apple. Awesome piece of kit.

Plasma is old technology - They get hot and are expensive.

LCD is the modern technology and is better in many ways.

All computer screens you buy from a computer store are HD. Computer screens always have been....well for over 10 years.

So when buying and an LCD Screen it must be a HD LCD if you want to be able to read onscreen text, otherwise its hard to read text.
