Ive got the lead out the back and I cant release the spade connectors (think they are spades?) to swap the red and yellow wires around
Is there an easy way of doing it or a trick im not doing?

No way im cutting anything dont have a soldering kit and dont want to fuck it up.
Whats the best way of trying James? Ive tried pressing them through from the point end but i keep bending them, tried wobbling them from the wire end and stil not moving?

But im swapping them round not putting them somewhere else, cutting the wires is all well and good but the connectors will still be lodged in there??

nope, looks like the only option is to chop the wires and cross them over, hardly the best option...

I nipped to Halfords to see if they had a tool in their fitting department for releasing the connectors but nothing, did tell me where to chop the leads though and something I didnt think of - swapping the fuses round after change the wires
