Could anyone do me a step by step guide on building a false floor for my corsa, pictures would help even if its just the finished product.
Thanks in advance, Sean.

MDF, Acoustic Carpet, Staple Gun, Scissors, Stanley Knife, Paper, Pencil, Tape Measure, sheet of paper, Card
Basically place up sheet of paper against outer shape of boot, and draw onto Paper.
Then Tape measure width of boot space to work out width of false floor needed. (best to take of few mm- so easier to get access to)
Now you have the measurements of width and Shape of Sides. Basically convert paper shape measurments and width measurement to MDF sheet.
Cut MDF Sheet out, and then staple gun the acoustic carpet to MDF sheet.
Hope that didnt sound too confusing.

easiest way mate is to take out your boot carpet and use it as a template. after a bit of fiddling fits perfect!

Yeah thats what I did
Might find it difficult to fit the MDF in the boot... if so, cut it straight down the middle so its then in 2 halves. Goes in easy then.
