Can be wired of almost anything, depends on how you want them to work?
Come on when lights are on??
When you open the doors?
Boot??
Switched so you can decide?
Ignition supplied or not? Gota decide what you doing first as there are wires everywhere you can use!

rite. i'm not sure exactly what i want. I want a nice subtle blue glow. Thinking maybe neons in the door speaker panels - i'd want that with a switch. Then also blue light instead of the standard interior light that comes on when the doors open. Prob best just painting those bulbs blue rather than taking them out and sticking neon pin lights up there aint i?

Mav3000 has just done some LED (blue) lights in his doors. I got blue wedge bulbs in mine that I bought from demon tweeks, £2, they also do the bulbs for interior light in different colours too.
What you need to do for a switched thing is:
Find a power source, (depends if you want ignition supplied or permenant, I got permenant)
Run a wire from supply to switch, out of switch to the two lights in the speaker pannels, (two wires easier)
Then ground the other side of the light to the car door body.
Simple.
