Does anyone know if talktalk (ex tiscalli) throttle download speeds? Just now i was getting 239kbps average, now im getting 4kbps. Last night i was getting about 2kbps.

10hours remaining to download the last 30% of 350mb!!!!!

They do on the normal package, don't on the pro package.

Shouldn't be throttling it that low anyway.

That's for talktalk, I'm not sure if the old tiscalli packages are different or not?

350mb sounds like a low quality TV epiosde rip, most likely a torrent you've downloaded from a public torrent site?

If im correct, people have most likly "hit and run", and left it with no seeders.

on a 10" screen, thats probably fine, but non HD stuff upscaled on a 52" is almost unwatchable.

720p is an absolute minimum.
