I rushed into getting a contract and still have over 12 months left. Is there anyway to cancel without being charged out of my arse?

Nope, I think you need to pay the fee, especially as there are 12 months left. If it was shorter, i think some companies will buy you out if you get a contract with them.

Nope, the fee will be 12 months at whatever your contract is excluding VAT
