is there an easy way to remove these without a special tool?
needle nose pliers dont seem to be working

long nose pliers do the trick can be a pain some times to get off

i tried on two and they didnt budge, also popped a spare one in tried getting that off to see if it was just cos the old ones had got hot or something and couldn't budge the spare one out either

ended up mangling it off ( is only having a practice go on an old head before new one turns up )
